Md. Afzal Hossain
Managing Director
Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain is a young, energetic and dynamic person is acting as Managing Director of the Company. He has completed Post-graduation in accounting discipline from National University in Bangladesh. He is also Director of Minori Bangladesh Ltd. In his Corporate life, he has vast experiences in different areas such as Banking, Accounts, Commercial, Export, Import, Logistic, Domestic and International Marketing of Agro and Live-Stock products.
Dr.Md. Liakat Hossain
Independent Director
Dr.Md. Liakat Hossain Moral is an Independent Director of the company. He has obtained his BSS Honors and MSS degrees in Economics from the University of Dhaka. He did his Ph.D. in Finance & Banking. He has some professional qualifications also. Dr. Moral engaged himself in different academic & professional bodies like Senate members of Dhaka University, joint Secretary of Bangladesh Economic Association, etc. He worked in the banking profession from 1983 till January 2020. His representation to the rank of Deputy Managing Director through ranks and files starting with branch-level management. On 1st January 2020, he retired from regular service. He has 37 years of experience in operational banking and over 14 years of experience as a principle and Faculty member.
Ms.Shahinoor khanum, FCA

Ms.Shahinoor khanum, FCA is an Independent Director of the company. Ms. Shahinoor Khanum, FCA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Bangladesh (ICAB). She currently holds the position of Head of Taxation at ASA International Group PLC, an LSE (London Stock Exchange) listed company with primary responsibility for the group’s financial reporting and tax management especially international Taxation. Before that, she worked in AMAN Group as Assistant General Manager- Corporate Reporting and Taxation position. She has the ability to evaluate the organization’s objectives and assess the potential for strategic decision –making. Her core expertise is in Finance & Accounts, Financial and corporate governance, international transfer pricing, UK taxation, individual and corporate tax planning & assessment, Value Added Tax(VAT), IFRS, Corporate Laws, international transactions, foreign direct investment, and financial due diligence, etc. She has more than 12 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Corporate Governance, Audit and Taxation including work as lead financial reporting and international taxation.
Major Khaled Saifullah
Director
Major Khaled Saifullah Director ( Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Ltd.) of the company. He has completed Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Daffodil International University. He has also completed PGDHRM from Institute of personal Management. Besides he has completed some of valuable courses at Military service on Mortar specialization, Officer’s Weapon, Officer’s Junior Tactics and Basic Commando course etc. He has contributed his service in Life Insurance, Leasing, Banking companies and Agro firms as vital position. Thereafter Mr.Saifullah has contributed his service as Major, Bangladesh Army (Infantry). He has more than 42 years of work experience having strong interpersonal and challenging people management skills in diversified sectors. On the other hand he has contributed his Teaching profession at East west University, Daffodil International University, University of Liberal Arts and post Graduate Diploma on Human Resource Management.

Mr. Tauhidur Rahman Khan

Mr. Tauhidur Rahman Khan Director (Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Ltd.) of the company. He has completed Masters of Commerce in Marketing from University of Dhaka (DU) in the year 1987. He has also completed Diploma in Public Administration from United Kingdom in the year 1995 and Diploma in Negotiation Skill development from Malaysia in the year 2002. He started his career as Assistant Commissioner and Magistrate in the year 1988 by joining BSC Administration Cadre and retired from Government service in the year 2022. He contributed the nation about 34 years as a form of civil administrator and at this stage he served more than 10 years in Bangladesh Investment Development Authority to develop Bangladesh as a model Investment friendly country. He has also 05 years top management experience in a group of company.

Mohammad Murad Hossan

Mohammad Murad Hossan, Director (Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Ltd.) of the Company. He completed his Master of Business Administration from Stamford University of Bangladesh. He has work experience of more than 14 years in the Banking and Financial sector, collection department, and managing a big portfolio amounting to 100 crores. Besides that, he has more than two years of experience working in the Human Resource Management department.

Md. Rubel Sardar, Director (Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Limited) of the Company. He has completed his Master of Business Administration in Accounting from National University. He is experienced in Accounts & Finance with other professional experience in auditing, financial statement preparation, financial review, and analysis. He also learned CA (CC), Islam & Co. Chartered Accountants in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
