Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain is a young, energetic and dynamic person is acting as Managing Director of the Company. He has completed Post-graduation in accounting discipline from National University in Bangladesh. He is also Director of Minori Bangladesh Ltd. In his Corporate life, he has vast experiences in different areas such as Banking, Accounts, Commercial, Export, Import, Logistic, Domestic and International Marketing of Agro and Live-Stock products.

Md. Nasir Sikder, Director (Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Ltd.) of the Company. He has completed Masters of Business Administration in Accounting at National University. He has more than 12 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Auditing, Tax, VAT & Bank Management. He has completed the CA Course & CA Partly Qualified under the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Bangladesh. & Certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) from the National Board of Revenue.
Mohammad Murad Hossan

Mohammad Murad Hossan, Director (Nominated by Minori Bangladesh Ltd.) of the Company. He completed his Master of Business Administration from Stamford University of Bangladesh. He has work experience of more than 14 years in the Banking and Financial sector, collection department, and managing a big portfolio amounting to 100 crores. Besides that, he has more than two years of experience working in the Human Resource Management department.

He is experienced in Accounts & Finance with other professional experience in auditing, financial statement preparation, financial review, and analysis. He also learned CA (CC), Islam & Co. Chartered Accountants in The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
