Vegetable polao

Ingredients:

  1. Potato 1 large
  2. Carrot ½ cup
  3. Peas 1cup
  4. Spondon oil 1 cup
  5. Polao rice 5 cup
  6. Onion ½ cup
  7. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  8. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Dhoniya powder 1 tsp
  10. Cardamom 5 pieces
  11. Cinnamon 2 pieces
  12. Tejpata 3 pieces
  13. Green chili 8 pieces
  14. Salt

        Process:

  1. Boil potato sliced, carrot sliced and peas.
  2. Put ½ cup oil and fry deeply some onion for beresta into it.
  3. Cook the boiled vegetables in the oil with pepper.
  4. Put aside the vegetables.
  5. Put cardamom, cinnamon, tejpata into the remaining oil.
  6. Put all the spices into it
  7. Put polao rice into it.
  8. Cook them for a while.
  9. Then put 10 cup of hot steamy water into it.
  10. Put the vegetables and green chili into it.
  11. Cook for 20 mins in low heat and it is ready to serve.
  12. Serve with fried onion.
