Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients:

  1. Carrot ½ cup (carotene 4000 microgram)
  2. Sweet pumpkin ½ cup (carotene 1300 microgram)
  3. Potato 1 piece large (iron 0.7 gm, protein 12 gm)
  4. Green banana 1 piece (iron 0.07 gm, riboflavin 0.30 mg)
  5. Loaf 5 slice
  6. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  7. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Pudina paste 1 tbsp
  9. Green chili paste 1 tsp
  10. Flour 1 tbsp
  11. Spondon oil 1 tbsp
  12. Egg 2 pieces

    Process:

  1. Boil all the vegetables and the make them mashed.
  2. Now mix all the spices with the mashed vegetable.
  3. Now mix the egg, the loaf with the mashed vegetable and put salt to it.
  4. Pour some flour powder above and make cutlets.
  5. Fry deeply in oil
  6. It is ready to serve
