Pompfret in mustard paste

 Ingredients:

  1. Pompfret fish – 1 kg
  2. Mustard past – 1 tbsp
  3. Green chili – 4 pieces
  4. Spondon oil – ½ cup
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric – 1 tsp
  7. Red chili paste – 1 tsp
  8. Dhoniya – 1 tsp

 Process:

  1. Wash the fish and remove water properly.
  2. Make paste of mustard and green chili together.
  3. Take half of all the spices and marinate with fish for ½ an hour.
  4. Now fry the fishes while become brownish.
  5. Take the rest of the spices and mix with mustard paste and cook the fried fish in it with 2 cup of water in low heat for about ½ an hour.
  6. Serve with garnishment.
