Doi-luchi & Chicken tomato curry

Doi-luchi

 Ingredients:

  1. Card - ½ cup (protein – 4 gm)
  2. Flour – 2 cup (thiamin – 0.26 mg)
  3. Spondon Oil – 2 cup
  4. Water – ¼ cup
  5. Salt

 Process:

  1. Mold 4 tbsp oil and card with flour.
  2. Mix water with it.
  3. After proper molding, divide it into 10 pieces.
  4. Make luchi and deep fry in oil.
  5. When properly fried, then keep out from oil and serve.

 Chicken tomato curry

 Ingredients:

  1. Chicken kima – 2 cup (protein – 28 gm)
  2. Sugar – 1 tsp (50 kcal)
  3. Tomato –1 (large) (vitamin – 35 mg)
  4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste – ½ tsp
  6. Egg – 1 (thiamin 0.05 mg, riboflobin -0.7 mg, iron – 1.1 mg, protein – 6gm)
  7. Coriander – 1 tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Soya sauce- 1 tbsp (Sodium - 1029 mg )
  10. Spondon oil – 2 tbsp

 Process:

  1. Marinate chicken kima with sugar, soya sauce, ginger, garlic for 1 hour.
  2. Now mix the other ingredients with the marinated meat properly.
  3. Now take 2 tbsp oil and fry everything with high heat for 5 mins.
  4. Now cook the chicken properly with low heat for about ½ an hour by covering.
  5. After completion serve with garnishment.
