Cheese Partha & Liver Bhuna

Panir Parata

 Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 2 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Cheese (panir) minced (kuchi)- 25 gm
  4. Spondon oil – ½ cup

 Process:

  1. Mix 4 tbsp oil with flour and mold with salt, water and cheese properly.
  2. After proper molding, make round shaped small pieces for parata and then make parata
  3. Now fry parata in oil and serve.

 

Lever bhuna

 Ingredients:

  1. Beef lever – ½ kg (carotene – 33472 mg, thiamine – 0.112 mg, riboflavin – 13.60 mg, iron – 35.2 mg)
  2. Spondon oil – ¾ cup
  3. Elachi – 2 pieces
  4. Mint – 4 pieces
  5. Onion – 1 cup
  6. Ginger – 2 tsp
  7. Garlic – 1 tsp
  8. Jeera – ½ tsp
  9. Card – ½ cup (protein – 4 gm)
  10. Green chili – 4 pieces
  11. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  12. Salt

 Process:

  1. Cook elachi, mint, onion and jeera in oil and then make a paste of the fried spices and onion.
  2. Cook lever with the rest of the species and 2 cup of water.
  3. When water becomes less, mix card with with it and cook in low heat for ½ an hour.
  4. Before finishing mix the fried spieces paste with it and serve after a short cooking.
